1.  Do I need to be a California resident to apply?

           A: No, you do not need to be a California resident.

2. Will I need to travel to meetings?

            A: There will be around 3-5 meetings held at the California Energy Commission in Sacramento.

3. Will I be reimbursed for travel costs?

            A: Yes.  Travel will be reimbursed according with the prevailing rates for Non-Represented State of California Employees.  Current reimbursement rates can be found at http://www.dpa.ca.gov/jobinfo/statetravel.shtm

4. Will I need to travel to project locations?

            A: Most communication can be conducted through email, phone and internet.
